I had trouble on the clean and press, but did better today than have done in the past. The pull ups got to be a little comical as some were not *quite* perfect form.

Poooooor showing on the bench. But! I had a goal to finish this workout as prescribed, something I hadn’t been able to do in March (before I started this journal). Considering today a success to build upon.
