Crap Out
So I was in the middle of my warm-up and my shoulder started acting up. I don’t have the most complete stretching routine and it catches up with me every once in a while. So…. yeah – I ran a little and got a bunch of wall ball throws in.

I never liked the number 13. Sometimes I just count the number 12 twice.

Which means I’ll be drinking lots of Pepsi and visiting my neighbor Fred. He’s a little creepy but otherwise a good guy.
