Today was supposed to be a rest day but oafk that. I missed Sunday and Monday and wasn’t interested in taking today off.

Since this was my first time doing squat cleans, I used 95lbs instead of the perscribed. Next time I can probably get to 105. This WOD kicked my butt. Combined with the deadlifts I did yesterday, my back is pretty much toast. Ring dips weren’t as hard as they probably should have been which usually means I’m doing them wrong. (It’s a freakin’ dip… how can I be screwing this one up?) I can shave a ton of time off this one, but since today was supposed to be rest anyways, it’s all good. and I will next time.
