21-15-9 for Time

  • 95lb thrusters

TIME: 9:11 (Splits: 3:34/3:52/1:43)

Again, the set of 15 kills my time.  I was able to get a great jump in the 21 set by getting to 16 thrusters right away.  Usually I top out around 9 or 11.  Then the last set I knew I was onto a PR time so I pushed through.  Good overall workout, but I was decently winded at the end.
