Power cleans 135lbs 10 reps
KB swings 50lbs 10 reps
Chest press max weight 10 reps
5 pull ups add 25lbs to your body weight

About the video – in day 1 of bartending school they tell you NEVER SLIDE THE GLASS IN THE ICE BUCKET!!!!1111!!!
Why? Because only 3 things can happen:
- You get a glass full of ice. (OK)
- The glass is chipped on the ice and you realize it and have to dump your ice bucket and make your bar-back go fill it again. (BAD)
- You sliver the glass on a piece of ice, never realize it, serve ice shards in a glass to a patron later on in the evening (in what can be referred to as a death-coction) and then you get your ass sued later on when this person pukes blood later on. (REALLY BAD)
