Fogo de Chão

At Fogo de Chão, the servers keep giving you food until you say stop. And then when you’re ready to eat again, you ask for more and they bring you more until you say stop. And that can go on forever for $50. No lie. You keep eating until you feel like you’re going to throw up.

Fogo de Chão Reservations

This workout keeps going until you say stop. You can try to do this all at once but I recommend a break in between. Either way you will probably feel like you’re going to throw up.

Last time I did this, I was using 95lbs for the cleans.  I thought I did pretty good here and I’m showing improvement.  I hope you are too!

First off… “The Rundown” (IMDB):

A tough aspiring chef is hired to bring home a mobster’s son from the Amazon but becomes involved in the fight against an oppressive town operator and the search for a legendary treasure.

What a great plot summary… I’m going to have to revisit this movie this week.

Regarding the workout, this was the first time I’ve been really able to get through a body weight bench press for multiple sets.  I can & will do better on the wall ball exercises next time.
